Shannon White

We are an independent company formed in April 1995.

We specialise in providing a range of practical services to support the employment process, from recruitment right through to leaving service.

We are Andrew Shannon and Marchant White, Human Resource professionals and Institute of Personnel and Development members. Our experience, which covers a wide spectrum of industries and disciplines, enables us to understand and appreciate employment issues.

Marchant White BA MIPD -

has spent much of his career in financial services and insurance, both in HR and as a line manager. His experience covers the employment process, from recruitment to outplacement, in operational and strategic roles. His particular interests are in recruitment and development.

Andrew Shannon MIPD -

has over 20 years as a practising HR professional. He has specialised in recruitment and selection within the engineering and telecommunications sectors. His generalist experience is diverse, having worked in engineering, manufacturing, agribusiness, shipping, trading, storage and distribution, airport services, retailing and hotels and catering.
