Permanent Placements

The Options

File Search -using our database and contacts, we will submit candidates who meet your specification. A placement fee is payable only if we successfully fill the vacancy. Fees will be competitive and backed up by a rebate scheme should the candidate leave within the first three months. Click here to see profiles of some of our candidates.

Retained Assignment - typically based upon an advertisement driven campaign, focused on your specific requirements.

Dedicated Search - usually driven by a discreet research campaign to identify suitable candidates, to whom a direct approach is then made, An approach which is best suited to senior positions or those which demand highly specialist skills.

Contract, Interim and Temporary Resources

On our payroll - where we typically charge on a weekly basis for hours worked.

If the contractor transfers to permanent staff, a rebate on the normal placement fee will apply. The rebate increases according to the length of time worked with your organisation.

On your payroll -
where we will charge an agreed fee on placement and any subsequent renewal of the agreed contract period.
