Working closely with customers the job will involve leading a small team of engineers in the design and installation of safety control and instrumentation equipment. This will include preparing ESD shutdown hierarchies, HAZOP / HAZAN studies, detector layouts, development of P&ID’s and logic diagrams.
Candidates must have solid experience in the Oil, Gas and Petrochemicals sector involving working closely with clients in the design and commissioning of safety systems, together with experience of managing small project teams and backed up with qualification to degree level or equivalent in a related engineering discipline.
The job will involve both overseas and offshore working so candidates must either have passed or be willing to take an offshore medical and survival certificate.
Salary - £30000 - £45000
